Hi, has anyone experienced random numbness in their back? Could it possibly indicate a deficiency of some sort, e.g. B12? Be good to know if people can relate? I'm currently suffering from very swollen legs (oedema) and ankles, have been hypothyroid since Rai in 2013..

I developed similar symptoms back in my teens, when hypo-T and pernicous anaemia developed at around the same time (no diagnosis for many years after). I'm still not sure which condition was responsible back then, though I know that my current problems with peripheral neuropathy are due to the PA.
Have you had a recent test for B12 and folate? If not, I would get them done as soon as possible.
