Your doctor does not seem to. E doing or suggesting anything constructive and you need their guidance. You are low in things that help your thyroid or too high and I would t know how to safely advise where to go next. Have they suggested what to do say for your low Vit D? Mine was at your level and the endo immediately contacted my GP to send me a prescription for a booster dose and then siuggestef a retest after the 12 week booster dose and a maintenance dose if that had done the job. Leaving you with no help or instruction is wrong so I would ask him to give you help and guide lines or find another doctor if he is dismissive. It's going to take some time to right the wrongs as it is.
