Hi could someone please help me to understand if I need to do anything about my ferritin? Last result was after iron tablets. I have been off iron tablets since May. Latest result is a month old. I have heavy periods as well. Thank you

Ferritin should be half way through it's range (82.5 with that range) and under 70 means thyroid hormone can't work properly (your own or replacement hormone), so you need to try and increase it a bit. Eating liver once a week can do that or you could resume supplements.
