Hi, I've read a lot on this forum to educate myself, thank you for all your expertise.
If I understand it correctly a low dose of 25mcg levo could actually make you feel worse because the body acknowledge the levo so it will produce less tsh and therefore less t4.
My question is, what will happen with my tsh levels on my next bloodtest? Will it decrease even though I might actually be feeling worse and making less t4?

I don't think it is a given that 25mcg will make a person feel worse than taking zero Levothyroxine. On 25mcg one would hope to see FT4 rise and lower TSH. If not, dose should be increased.
