Hello last night I went to the ER for heart palpitations because they've been going on for 12 days now they only tested my TSH it came back 2.36 I'm in the process of finding a new endo I know that my TSH is climbing I really don't feel well

Palpitations are often due to being under medicated. TSH 2.36 indicates you are under medicated. Ask your GP or endo to raise your dose.
I had palps regularly (daily) when undermedicated, and only once (spectacularly) when overmedicated. When my levels are good I forget my heart is doing its thing. As Clutter says, you need your meds raised.
