B12 supplementing

Hello. Can any of you clever people tell me if its ok to take B12 alone.

I get a very fast heart beat for about an hour if I add B complex

I was advised here to take together to balance them out.

So is it ok to continue B12 on its own.

Thankyou for your help here for me and others on this forum

B complex does not suit me at all so I take B12 and multivitamin and mineral which seems to be better. I had to try several multivitamins before I found one that suited me though. I guess the dosages of various B vits vary in each. Not sure which bit upsets me (terrible migraine) but seem to be ok with this combination.

I suggest posting on the Pernicious Anaemia forum, here on HU :

healthunlocked.com/pasoc

They may have come across this issue before and may be able to suggest what is the likely culprit, because they all take B12 and probably take other B vitamins as well.
