Should I save heart meds just in case.

Should I save my betablockers for a running heart just in case it starts to run again ? Been almost two weeks on Saturday since last I took one. I'm taking 1/2 Methimazole once a day. Thanks for comments, greatly appreciated.

Yes, it is sensible to keep them rather than dispose of them in case you need them.
