Not pregnant after all but gives me time to be optimum and check progesterone.

Omg - rollercoaster !! The test was inaccurate due to reading it over 5 minutes later so it's a negative afterall after a retest.

But I'm ok with that as I have a plan to test progesterone and if it is low will focus on it for 3 months to give myself a good chance - lots of options, agnus castus, serenity , bioidentical pills etc.

If levels are good then happy days.

Thank you all so much for your great advice. I'm much wiser and was led to a place of curiosity and research.

Now I have time and thinking of upping thyroid anyway as I have been more tired and a bit foggy lately .

9 months ago the issues were stress and thyroid which are now sorted so I'm on the right path.

I will update in due course x

Katoir,

What a shame. I hope it happens in a few months when you are better prepared :)

Yes - thank you x. I have the book. Checking progesterone and thyroid this month and have sourced a good probiotic and mineral supply. I juice and eat a paleo diet and will do as much as I can .

It would be wonderful if progesterone came back in good range - would give me that bit of confidence .

I think I became anxious because I had been feeling tired and was unsure of the cause ( thyroid or late nights /too much or too little) and had felt stable and ready.

I think not having open access to thyroid testing at the GP wobbled me a bit .

There is room to increase slightly I think . I will know if too much - just very concerned /wary of going hyper and keen to feel stable !!
