Can any one tell should i be taking Vogel menosan menopause tabs with my condition under active thyroid .

I tale thyroxine 100 a day and i am in the first year of my menopause i was recommended this supplement but with reading your topics most say soy bad for me ,

As the herbal remedy contains it need advance .

Fermented soy is fine, any form of unfermented soy should be avoided (eg soy oil in capsules, soy in processed food, etc) as soy inhibits thyroid function. If you're unsure of the form of soy you could contact the manufacturer.

Hi - can I ask did you try Menosan ? Thinking of trying myself. Have read there are no ingredients listed ? But read if mainly contains Asparagus ? Grateful to hear how you found it.
