Thanks clutter, just had a running nose I guess from last night I took half of the 5 mg of heart medicine for running heart by accident. Was checking my pulse cause I was awaken by my heart pounding fast. Checked it and it was in the 90s waited it out to see if it wouldn't go over 100. Well on one of those I saw my high blood pressure reading mistaken it for my pulse as 145 I took half the pill of heart pill, then noticed my pulse was 102. Woke up with a stuff nose that started to run, blew nose so I'm thinking the headache is probably from heart medicine.

Try a large drink of water, before taking any pills. It usually works after a few minutes. Headache can be a sign of de-hydration.

Thanks stoneym, I drink all day water with ice, non stop.are there other signs your dehydrated? Just wondering..

There must be another reason for your headaches; (My husband gets headaches and they usually go when I remind him he doesn't drink enough water - but that doesn't seem to apply to you.)

We don't use ice much, here in UK - it's too cold!

Another dehydration sign is dark urine.

Thanks stoneym. Well then I think I'm not dehydrated then, I think it was the bystolic pill, cause I read up on it, and its one of the side effects. I haven't took the heart pill in 2 days for a racing heart, the Specialist had told me I didn't need it, but I did cause I ended up in the hospital emergency almost a month ago. I'm seeing if I still need to take it or not...I hope not. I'm taking Methimazole 2.5 once a day.

I know it is weird but for me first generation antihistamines work. I like Phenergan. It knocks me out but. I take expired benadryl (diphenhydramine) if I want to stay awake.

Do you notice when you tend to get these headaches? Mine are hormone and histamine related (migraines) and before it was kinda controlled I needed Phenergan shots.
