Sorry, I have no idea, other than maybe ask a friend or relative with a credit / debit card to buy it for you and pay them back.

When I started taking carbimazole for my Graves my pharmacist told me to be sure and take vitamin C along with it which I did. I also took B12, Co Q10 and vitamin D3 which might be cheaper / easier for you to get. I didn't ever take l carnitne.

I should have asked him why he came out specially to recommend taking vit C but I was totally stunned by actually getting a diagnosis after all the time I'd been being fobbed off and given the run around. and the fact I had something really serious.
