T3 dosage with Levothyroxine

I am about to purchase T3 (25mg)

Currently taking 175mg levo. Can you please remind me of how to split the dose.

Start with a quarter tablet (6.25mcg) added to 175mcg Levothyroxine to see how well you tolerate T3. After a couple of weeks you could add a second dose of 6.25mcg at bedtime. Stick with 12.5mcg for 6-8weeks and have a thyroid test including FT3 before increasing further. TSH will become suppressed and FT4 will probably drop. FT3 should remain within range.
