CONSTIPATION when Hypo

I don't know if it helps anyone, but I have found my own natural cure for constipation which was really problematic for me after TT and Levo was removed pre IRA. I take 1 Green Tea Extract tablet 750 mg from Holland and Barrett daily and it has restored a regular toilet habit. It is totally natural and some say it helps with the metabolism too but this is not proven

I tried those once hoping it would be as good as coffee! No luck. Happy for you. A decent poo is the best!
