Crinfly,

TSH levels and T3 slightly under range indicate you would benefit from a dose increase. How do you feel ? ? ...

Optimising Vit B12, Vit D, folate and ferritin will help thyroid hormone replacement to work better in the body.

Crinfly,

Have you felt the slight improvement seen in your results after starting NDT ? ..

Nutrients are good although ferritin is a little low as should be about 70 in woman, and the PA Society advocate Vit B12 at 1000.

Ensure Vit D is a realistic "normal" and not just your doctors.

Meds can take months to work and there is no way of rushing it but as you have in range TSH and slightly low T3, if this were me, I would raise half a grain mindfully. Perhaps take temps & pulse for a while to realise any improvements.

Reset after six weeks and post results complete with ranges (numbers in brackets) for members to comment.

Crinfly,

How fab and if you feel great, stay as you are.

I also function well on low in range thyroid hormone, although my TSH is also low but possibly due to down regulation of the hypothalamic pituitary thyroid axis.

Test results are only a guide ...it is how you feel that is important.

Keep well.
