These results aren't really of much use as they just show that your folate level is very low and that your B12 injects are in your blood serum.

Going through your history of posts -

1. You have low ferritin - are you supplementing as advised?

2. You have low vitamin D - are you supplementing as advised?

You also need to supplement folate to get it around 10. I know there is no range on these blood test results but there wasn't on the last ones I had but there was a comment that mine were OK at that level.

Hi I am now taking ferrous Fumarate 2x210 Daily. Also I am taking vitamin C. And Vitamin D The gp said my bloods are all fine but as I'm feeling ill she is referring me to Endo specialist thanks for the reply

No thyroid tests there. But you have a lot of inflammation (which suggests something autoimmune) and it would be a good idea to try to find out what's causing it and deal with it.

Shows no antibodies, so not Hashi's unless you have high TG, which they haven't tested. Without FT3, it's really hard to say what's going on. Adrenal problems can cause similar symptoms.

The inflammation is being caused by something but not anything obvious that they've tested. Could even be a gum infection or bacterial overgrowth in the gut. It's often linked to CVD. The NHS tends to do nothing until it's over 10, but functional doctors are suspicious of anything over 3 or so.
