blood results for my serum ferritin 19ug/L(15-300) no idea on what it should be but feeling very weak if anyone could advise if it's ok

Bellmitzi Ferritin should be half way through range. Did your GP do this test? If so, is he prescribing an iron supplement or considering iron injections?

If no injections or prescribed your GP then you need to supplement with Ferrous Fumarate, one tablet twice a day. Take each tablet with 1000mg Vit C to aid absorption and help prevent constipation. Take iron 4 hours away from thyroid meds, other meds and supplements as it affects absorption. You should retest after you finish the course to check your level as you don't want it to go too high.

Hi these tests were done by the surgery I do get b12 injection but said my results are fine no prescription been mentioned really feeling to weak and Ill to do or go anywhere thanks for reply
