Labs have different ranges, so you'd need to get the ranges from the specific lab that did the tests. If you don't mind guesswork, if your results are in the 100s or 1000s you're likely to be high.
HI there, thanks so much.
Here are my results, my doctor did say they are high, but I don't know how high is high.
THYROID ANTIBODIES ONLY
Anti - TG Antibody 43.74 IU/mL H < 4.11
Anti - TPO Antibody 95.66 IU/mL H < 5.61
If I look at the range, it says it must be < 4.11 and <5.61 for TG and TPO respectively???
my lab range i forget, but i do know the TPO should not be over 8 and usually they say in the US if you have any at all it means you haD or have an infection.... over the 8 means an issue. And Tg my range at lab says should not be over 0. Example...... my TPO was almost 500 last test i had for that a few months ago. My Tg was 30. And that was while on meds but i was not on optimal dose (still not) and before selenium. After seeing they went up in a short amount of time I started selenium and went off dairy completely and recently cut my gluten down to a low amount. That all is suppose to reduce antibodies in time or if they suppress your thyroid which they have not yet for me. I hear if they suppress it it won't reduce them but rather stop them from multiplying.
