Low TSH and Low end of FT4 range

My GP wants to reduce my thyroxine from 75mcg to 50 following my blood test results.

TSH of 0.2 and Free T4 of 8.6. I think my free T4 is low already. Any thoughts

The ranges are tsh 0.4 - 4.0 and FT4 9.0 - 25

I was diagnosed with Hashimotos 30 years ago and have been taking thyroxine for 27 years and now they have started to mess with the dosing because my tsh is low.

You need your TSH suppressed if you have Hashi's, to stop antibody activity.

Also, the TSH is irrelevant once you are on thyroid hormone replacement.

Google 'Dundee leese low tsh'. 2010 paper saying low tsh (down to .04) = no problem.

Ok so no need to reduce my dose by a third
