Painfulboy,

Ask your doctor to test your thyroid hormones and also thyroid antibodies TPOAb & TGAb.

Your symptoms could be attributed to high//low thyroid hormone and Hashi attacks, when your thyroid suddenly secretes huge amounts of hormone into the blood stream, in response to the dieing cells.

Your body is going through many changes and the endocrine system comprises of the thyroid gland and many others, including the pancreas and testes. As the hormones made within these glands are dependant on each other, any imbalances may have a knock on effect and symptoms can be far reaching.
