I have recently started taking my T4 at bedtime . surprisingly my sleep seems to have improved but I am now starting to feel the symptoms of over medication (which I am v familiar with).
I wonder, could this be caused by the improved absorption ?
If so would it mean a lower dose would be good ?
thank you

Hi.. funnily enough I have just experienced the very same thing and my TSH has gone down from 2.9 to 0.13 ...unfortunately I am also wondering what to do. Not very helpful...sorry but I m sure someone will soon help us out.
interesting though - seems like we absorb a lot more at nighome as another person said on this thread nearer to 80% so perhaps it means a reduction in dose. had my Frees tested before so will get them again soon.
Guys how you do this? Since meds should be taken on empty stomach and let's say you go to sleep at 11pm, so your last meal should be about 8? It's all good, but what if you going party, dinner etc, you have to change the hour of taking meds? This is the only reason for me to take meds in the morning hehe.
I am interested in taking my levo at night, how many hours gap should one leave after the evening meal before taking the levo? Also follow up blood tests when should they be taken after taking levo at night? I am pleased that taking levo at night is working much better for you. Thanks
