Sorry to hear you are not feeling any better.
It looks like you might benefit from an increase in dose as there is still room for improvement in your results so it would be a good idea to discuss this with your doctor. It would also be a good idea to get some other things checked including serum iron, ferritin, folate, vitamin B12 and vitamin D as deficiencies can contribute to symptoms and prevent the levothyroxine from being as effective as it should be.
When you get the results for these post them on the forum the normal ranges are often very wide and 'normal' may well be too low.
I hope you find the solution soon!

Hi, last months results
B12 -502
Folate - 7.8
Ferritin - 51
Vit d - 47
Do you have the reference ranges for these? At first glance your ferritin and folate could do with being a bit higher but I can't tell for sure without the reference ranges. I'm not sure about the vitamin D either because it depends on the units that are used. It does look a bit low though.
Without the reference ranges these are too low:
1. Vitamin B12
2. Ferritin
3. Vitamin D
Vitamin B12 should be around 1000. Supplement with methylcobalamin ideally Solgar or Jarrows lozenges.
Ferritin should around 80. Supplement with ferrous fumerate. One two times per day with water and vitamin C supplement. 4 hours away from thyroid meds and 2 hours away from other food, drink and supplements to prevent interactions. After finishing a course of 84 tablets you must get your ferritin level retested as this is for your own safety. Ideally wait 7 days between your last tablets and having the test. The vitamin C is to aid absorption and decrease the risk of constipation.
Vitamin D supplement with 5,000IU daily for 12 weeks then take 5,000IU every other day. Get retested at the beginning of November to see what your levels are you are aiming for 100nmol/L. Ideally take magnesium and vitamin K2 as well, and take the vitamin D supplement with lunch as fat increases absorption and it decreases the risk of night waking.
You can get all your supplements from Amazon so you can by pass dealing with pharmacists.

Ok,
B12 (190-900ngl)
Folate (2-19ugl) this has steadily dropped over the last few months, was at 10.3 in April
Ferritin (20-250ugl) again steadily decreased from 76 since April
Vit d (>50nmol) again decreased from 65 since April
I do have most of the supplements and have been taking them. My b12 did rise from 234 to 1044 so GP said to reduce to twice a week which dropped me down to the current level.
I feel like I'm getting nowhere. I don't feel any better, I have huge sugar cravings, terrible joint pain (especially toes and ankles), slight ringing in ears, quick tempered and emotional. Plus awful fatigue a lot of the day's followed by some hyper days. It's a constant cycle.
I want to get better and I'm wondering if levo is working.
I see you have high antibodies, so that means you have Hashimoto's. Have you tried gluten free diet? It needs to be 100% and no cheating.
It may really help reduce symptoms. Selenium supplement also helps reduce antibodies.
As the others have said....You also need to improve all your vitamins
Yes it is all or nothing......but if you find you feel so much better it's worth it
My own gluten story - just confirmed yesterday, after endoscopy ......I definitely have "biological gluten intolerance" (but not coeliac) see my profile
