NDT in the morning before lab test?

Hi all, I have my blood tests scheduled for afternoon at 4pm - should I take my NDT dose normally in the morning before this, or skip the dose for a day? I know normally you shouldn't, but there is over 8 hours until my tests so wonder if it makes sense to take it or not.

All advice I read says 12 hours minimum, and take after your test.

Thanks, decided not to take my dose before the tests but after instead.
