Do you get arm and shoulder burning?

Can I ask if anyone relates to a specific muscle pain I get?

It starts with any excersise like walking, but especially walking uphill. The back of my arms start to burn as if I've got acid in them, it radiates across my upper back, then down to my wrists. It's absolutely debilitating - not so much painful but pulling, and I just want to lie down on the pavement and take the weight away.

Does any one else get this? Or had it and conquered it?

Maybe low iron - therefore low oxygen starving the muscles. Do you have low B12 ? Ferritin - Folate - VitD ??

Have you spoken to your GP about it? I think I would want to be thoroughly checked out to make sure it wasn't heart related. Or even an expert in sports medicine. Feeling you'd like to lie down on the pavement isn't too good.
