Sorry to hear you don't feel well. It isn't really high or low, it depends on how well-medicated you are, which can be measured w blood tests. When was the last time you had one?
If you can get a copy of your test results you can post them here and we can see if you're on the correct dose, which is what will get you on the road to health.

Bunkie96 Thyroid meds wont reverse hypothyroidism, Levothyroxine (or whatever thyroid meds) replace the hormones your body no longer produces itself so it is a case of finding the right dose to alleviate the symptoms and remain on the meds.
If you don't already have them, the best thing to do is pop along to your surgery and ask for a print out of your thyroid function test results. This is your right under the Data Protection Act (presuming you are in the UK). They may make a small charge for printing. If they kick up a fuss then just ask for them to give you the test name, result and reference range and write them down.
When you have the results, make a new thread, post your results with the all important reference ranges and members can help.
As for whether 100mcg is a high or low dose - a starter dose is 25mcg or 50mcg, most people require raises after testing and for a few people 100mcg is enough, for a lot of people it's 150mcg or 175mcg, and for some people 200mcg or even more. It's a very individual thing.
Another thing that is important for thyroid hormone to work properly, is optimal levels of Vit D, B12, ferritin and folate. You might want to ask your GP to check those and again come back with the results and ranges and members can advise whether you are optimal or whether supplementing any deficiencies is needed.
