can someone read this test result please the Endo has written to doctor saying the result is probably normal and it's the word probably that concerns me .... Baseline cortisol 312 and 30 minute ACTH value of 452

Worth asking in an adrenal group (couple on facebook) but i think the 30 min 452 (which will be cortisol 30 minutes after injection of the synacthen) isnt as high as you might expect

Your baseline is towards the lower end of the range, but mine is usually low 200's, and i do function

UK medics dont believe in weak adrenals, hence this being a "pass" albeit not a resounding pass

This is mainly because doctors can't tell the difference between adrenal FATIGUE and adrenal FAILURE.
