Hi been a while since I posted,just wondering if anyone has tried herb morning colleges,read it was good for energy,thyroid,slimming cholesterol and anti inflammatory.Got 6 days supply of Chinese herbalist to give it a try.

If you are on an optimum of thyroid hormones that should help with the above problems.

I don't know anything about those stated above and don't know if would interfere with the uptake of thyroid hormones.

Have your tried increasing your thyroid hormones slightly or requesting your GP for an increase. A TSH of around 1 or lower is best for most of us.

Thanks I think need bloods checking,I think menopause kicking in,so some hormonal imbalances too.He gave me them after a massage as mentioned menopause,weight and tiredness,so will try for the 6 days,looked them up seem quite natural,but as you say not known if interfere with meds.
