When to take T3 when you are doing your blood test on thyroid hormones?

I am self-medicating with only T3 and I feel much better since I completely dropped Levo six months ago. I don't care much for blood tests because I am aware they they are not showing the right picture for most of us. However, I decided to do tests on TSH, FT4 and FT3 privately just to see how they look like now out of curiosity. I want to do them only for me, not to fool some doctor because there is no doctor in my life So I want them to be realistic. In that case when do I take my last dose before tests? If I am doing tests around noon for example, do I take my first dose at 7am as I usually do or I don't take it at all this morning and take the last one the day before at 10pm? Thank you.

Very educational, thank you. Yes, I don't want artificial result, I am not going to try to fool any doctor that I am not taking T3 or similar. I want results for myself. So I guess the best way would be to take my usual dose of T3 at 7am and do my tests at noon as I planned.
