My chemist hasn't got Accord Levothyroxine, so it's a choice of Mercury or Northstar, any advice please?

Northstar is the same as Accord - it's made by the same people, just rebranded for Lloyds Pharmacy (also rebranded as Almus for Boots). But that only applies to the 100mcg and 50mcg Northstar tablets, the 25mcg Northstar are made by Teva.
So if you're happy on Accord and you have the 100 or 50mcg then you can have the Northstar of the same doses.
Not sure about Northstar, but had Mercury before now with no problems. I have Morningside mostly and occasionally Accord. It is all down to price with these pharmacists. If you live in the UK, I would change your pharmacist and go to Boots. We have a brilliant relationship with our branch, so very helpful and friendly.
Hi, that last ones l got we’re Mercury l diddnt think they were any good!!stopped using!!
Why's that?
Well lm not loosing any weight , l was using a different brand but can’t remember the name but l did loose weight on them! Got them on the internet!
You just might recognise the product if you look through this document. Miles from complete but there is a possibility...

Hi zone I’ve found that mercury phama brand suits me better, hated teva. Good luck!
I do wonder sometimes how people know. I never feel brilliant so not sure whether I'd notice. Only became aware with the comments here.
I found out how much difference they make when I was given a different make and slowly but steadily went downhill.
If you keep switching round, it might be very difficult to identify the issue.
helvella - Thyroid Hormone Medicines
I have created, and try to maintain, a document containing details of all thyroid hormone medicines in the UK and, in less detail, around the world.
The company that I get my Levo from is TEVO and it is working just fine!
