Hi guys I would just like to ask I've raised my T3 to 56.25 and lowered Levo to 100, my first dose of T3 usually makes me feel a bit jittery it does wear off after a while and the next two doses I feel fine, is that ok my blood pressure is fine and my temperature.

As it wears off it isn't something which would concern me much. You might try taking a smaller dose first thing and increasing the 2nd/3rd doses.
