When writing a PM now,how do I scroll back to check what I've read?

You'll have to use the cursor on your device to scroll up and down through your message.

HU have been advised that this is a pain in the bum and asked that the dialogue box automatically expands so members can read the entire message.

I am on a laptop.I am unable to use the cursor to read & edit a long message I am writing.I can scroll up & down the page,but not within the message box itself,where text disappears as you write!I'm sure HU will fix this.

Your lappie should have up/down and left/right cursors so you can scroll up and down and across the page. The keys have little arrows on them.

There have been a LOT of complaints about it. HU are looking into it. Fingers crossed they'll make some adjustments.

I see Clutter has responded.. When it says Everyone when you write a post who is Everyone? Who can see your posts😊

'Everyone' means posts/replies can be read by everyone on the internet. When a post is locked to community, it will have a padlock next to it and can only be read by people signed up to Thyroid UK forum.

Click on the v down arrow underneath your post and select edit. Scroll down to the bottom and select Only followers in my community (Hidden post). Click on Edit reply to submit.

Actually, if it's a long PM, the cursor will not take you to the top of the message, but stops somewhere mid-way. You need to use the... I have no idea what it's called, but there are two buttons with arrows, one pointing up and one pointing down. In a word text, they take you up and down in pages. The up one will take you to the top of your message from the bottom. I hope that's understandable. lol
