I found this article very useful in my search for better health, especially thyroid related! It shows patterns of thyroid disfunction that aren't picked up by labs alone

Good article, but a serious omission is any mention of low vitamins and minerals levels, which are understood to be key factors in poor conversion and absorption.

True re minerals and vitamin levels.

I've been doing a little self experimentation with iodoral iodine supplement, and feel better. Beginning to wonder if I was iodine deficient! No NHS tests for that even hinted on.

Selenium also.....
