How do I go about finding where to get T3 from please, do I need a script for this

You would be better to get the full thyroid tests done that greygoose recommend earlier today in your other thread. You can get them done through Blue Horizon

You will then have levels of all your thyroid hormones, know whether you have antibodies which would confirm Hashimoto's if you do, plus the levels of all the important vitamins and minerals.

You can then optimise vitamin and mineral levels if necessary as optimal levels are needed for thyroid hormone to work properly.

You will also know your FT3 level which is important before you supplement with T3.

Your FT4 at 13.8 would seem to be low but without the range is pretty meaningless as ranges differ. So if you get the Blue Horizon test you'll have everything you need for members to comment and make suggestions for the best combination of supplements and medication to help you.
