Have been reading all your posts on B12 levels, and just had mine checked and results although marked as "very satisfactory", don't seem to match what others have said on here?
Anyone shed light on this please?

Don't get confused between serum B12 and Active B12. They aren't the same thing at all, the units of measurement are different, and the reference ranges are different.
If you had a serum B12 level of 127 ng/L, then yes, you would be suffering from B12 deficiency. But you've had the Active B12 test and so it's a completely different kettle of fish altogether.
Mid-range for your active B12 result is 95.05, and your result is well above that. But it still isn't that close to the top of the reference range, so you could easily supplement more if you wanted to. It might make you feel better, it might not. If it doesn't help then I'd stop taking it. It won't do any harm if you wanted to experiment because B12 is not toxic.
Many thanks for the reply and info I will check out the link below later, and put a longer more informative post up regarding my health issues and hopefully get some good advice seeing as my GP is now at a loss to my new symptoms. Thank you
Human Bean is right, more B12 won't hurt (its water soluble so your body just uses what it needs) you can't overdose. I'd recommend sublingual methylated B12, not cyanocobalamin as it will likely work a lot better for you. If you have any of these other symptoms difficulty-swallowing.com/s... then you know you are on the right track.
