Hello
I have posted a few times before and I have now worked my way up to 87mcg of Levothyroxine daily (50 plus 25 and then I put another 25 in half) I also take 5mcg of t3 now and I take both at the same time very early morning. Blood tests below and I didn't take my meds before hand.
Based on this I decided to increase t3 today to 7.5mcg but had some heart Palps today. Is that normal not had them before? Will they go? Did I do the right things based on the below test and the fact my weight is increasing recently. And I'm not eating more!
My symptoms are still insomnia which has got slightly better recently. I did try taking some t3 and I also tried t4 at night and I thought it was working as it seemed to work brilliantly for first few nights but then insomnia came back and I felt even more wired so went back to once morning dosing. One thing I can say is my constipation had completely gone and I had years of chronic constipation and even operations because of it. He t3 has definently sorted it out!! So a big plus! And I have to say despite the dreadful sleep my energy in the day is great!
But weight gain since I've started messing about with t3 is half a stone more and I am hoping that goes down as I start settling in a dose. I've been doing things very very slowly as I know I have very high cortisol issues from q previous adrenal test and didn't want to stress my body too much.
Thanks for your help
