T4 20.5

T3 6.8

Should I be taking anything as I was stopped all.

How long is it since you stopped taking NDT?  It can take a few weeks for levels to drop when you've been over medicated.  Currently TSH is low because T4 is high in range and FT3 is at the top of range.  You don't need thyroid replacement right now.

Thank you for replying it's been over a month since I stopped n I'm irritable n tired. My nails hv turned white n lifting off the nail beds. I stopped everything n hoping n praying it will all regulate

FT3 6.8 is top of the range and may be why you're feeling irritable and tired.  As FT3 level drops lower you may feel better.

Thank you so much I'm now trying to detox naturally hoping the wrong meds will wear off! I guess I will have to wait it out . The jaw lock hurts now seeing someone for cranial to ease the pain and all of s sudden I'm getting night sweats as well !
