Missed two doses of one-Alpha (alphacalcidol) side effects?

I missed two days worth of my calcium medication, alphacaldicol (one-alpha). I take one microgram per day after a surgeon permanently damaged my parathyroids during a thyroidectomy.  This week I have been feeling extremely fatigued, having to nap every afternoon just to function! This seems to be the only thing that has changed, is it possible for this to happen after missing just two doses? And if it is, how long will it take for the fatigue to wear off?

Not sure but I know I feel worse if I miss my calcium replacement. Perhaps you should get your calcium & vit d levels checked.

Thank you! I'm at the endocrine clinic next week so will ask them to check ☺️
