You might get some answers to your problem if you gave some more détails - in fact, as many détails as you can. Have you been diagnosed with a thyroid problem? Do you have any labs to share? Do you have other medical problems? What médications are you on?

It would also help if you found a title that was more specific. So many people just write 'Help'. Without knowing more about your problem, you won't necessarily attract the people that can help.

Working on the premise that you have not just been down to fill the car, you may have a cell enzyme deficiency meboresearch.org/metabolic-....  This would result in incomplete metabolic processing of the waste products created by cell activity. This could be a genetic disorder, indicate a metabolic imbalance, or it could simply be down to something you ate.
