I have lowered t3 only dose from 45 mcg one day 40 mcg the next to 40 mcg daily but feel so hot cheeks and hands hot ,why would that be,feel like napping in day too.

I'm sorry you've had no replies. Needing to nap can be due to being undermedicated but feeling hot can be due to overmedication. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful.

have you ever tried NDT? I don't feel well on T3 but natural desiccated thyroid takes away my symptoms. just a thought
