Too much thyroxine

I accidentally took 100 gm of thyroxine instead of 75 gm ,will this cause any harm

No problem. You could take 50mcg tomorrow to keep it on track then get back to 75mcg daily. Don't worry, you'll be fine

Thanks for replying. I did think oh well it's I'm sure I'm under dosed anyway.

Thyroxine is a storage hormone which then gets converted as needed.

Think of it as like your petrol tank - a bit more one day and a bit less another will still keep enough in the tank to keep you going. A bit simplistic, but that's the general principle.
