Fismail,

TSH is low and FT4 slightly over range. There's no need to reduce 75mcg Levothyroxine unless you feel overmedicated.

VitD is over your range but within the 75-200 replete range used in other areas. Most people are comfortable with vitD around 100 so if you supplement vitD you could stop until the autumn.

I've no idea what the other results are for. Try Google or labtestsonline.org.uk

Thank you so much , I will look into your recommendation. Vit d , yes I'm supplementing and now stopped but I was unsure of the length of time. I have lots of other blood test which I didn't quite understand so thank you for the test site recommendation. It's just the shoulder pain and fatigue I can't manage the past two months.

I would just like to add I am exactly the same as yourself agony with neck shoulders / blades I've reduced my t4 today to 50 mg t3 to 5 . It's awful trying to figure it out never seems to steady out for me . Hope you get relief soon 😁
