Hi I have a nodule on my thyroid I had a scan in January and the doctor said it looked fine not to worry do a repeat scan in April to make sure it has not grown but as I was worried I opted for a Private FNA which has come back fine to and my thyroid blood have comeback really good the doctor said as well so really there is no reason why I have this lump I was wondering if anyone could advise me if there are vitamins I could take to maybe reduce it as I keep reading different stuff thanks

Noriah, thyroid nodules are fairly common and are rarely troublesome. It would be very unusual not to have thyroid nodules when you eventually die. I'm not aware that supplementing vitamins will reduce a thyroid nodule. Levothyroxine, Liothyronine or NDT may sometimes reduce nodules but you won't be prescribed replacement until TSH is over range or FT4 below range.

I'm not recommending anything, just bringing something to your attention. I've never had thyroid nodules that I'm aware of.
