I know you should take it on an empty stomach, so i take it an hour after breakfast and I wait an hour after it for my mid-morning snack. I read somewhere that it's not a good idea to have dairy with it... Is it ok to have it with a cup of tea or white coffee?
What do you find works for you timings-wise?

You'd be better off taking it an hour before food or two hours after. A lot of people take it at bedtime as that's easier, especially if taking supplements. As I take magnesium at bedtime, and levo should be taken 4 hours away from iron, calcium and magnesium, I take mine in the middle of the night when I get up for the loo, about 3-4 am.
If your tea and coffee contain milk, that counts as dairy. Take your Levo with a glass of water.
Thank you 😊. I guess I thought as it's just a splash of milk I might get away with it, I will make it a herbal tea from now on.
I take all my supplements at night so I used to take levo at bedtime but stopped as I wasn't sure what I could take it with. I take vitamin d, folic acid, omega 3 and a multivitamin.
I take mine first thing in the morning upon waking.
Fibre and calcium carbonate if taken simultaneously with thyroid hormone, may also interfere with absorption of the hormone.
Iron will bind with some of the thyroid hormone and block its absorption.
Always take Levo on an empty stomach with a glass of water, 1 hour before food, 2 hours before supplements and 4 hours before calcium, iron or vit D supplements.

An empty stomach is best to be able to absorb our thyroid hormones fully. It should be taken with one fully glass of water. Therefore there are two best times in the day. Either first thing when you get up and by the time you are dressed/ready about one hour has passed and you can then eat. If you take supplements etc these can be taken at lunchtime as they are usually to be taken with food.
Or, you can take hormones at bedtime with one glass of water. You should last have eaten about two to two-and-a-half hours (if you've eaten protein) previously.
Food interferes with the uptake of thyroid hormones and we don't want anything to interfere.
I take my supplements at bedtime and my t3/t4 at 6:30 am. After morning meds I go back to sleep and get up later when I have to. I was taking them at 7:30 but I had some trouble going back to sleep so I set the alarm earlier. As long as I know I have a couple of hours I can relax and go back to sleep but if it's closer to an hour it doesn't work for me.
