Think I have taken too much levo

I started taking my 125 levo on the evening before going to bed.

Think I also took one yesterday morning - not 100% sure but could not sleep and heart beat was fast.

My question is should i miss taking it tonight or take a lower dose?

I would just miss a dosage. Then things should just even themselves out.

Yesterday I wasn't 100% sure I had taken my medication and I have an unused pill holder! Must fill it up and use it!
