Does anyone know or have any experience in using selenium supplement 200mcg to reduce thyroid antibodies? I have been taking these to see if they make a difference but only started a week ago. Any experiences?

Yes - although i cannot say which one helped how much as I did all of these at the same time - went gluten free, started selenium and Vit D3 and switched to ndt.

I don't have hashis but I take 200 mcgs of selenium each day because selenium is very, very protective of the thyroid gland and helps in protecting the thyroid from damage.

If supplementing with selenium (no more than 200 mcgs - 400 mcgs per day) makes you nervous, a natural food source for selenium is brazil nuts. They contain approx. 50 - 75mcgs of selenium per nut so a few per day should suffice. The amt of selenium varies by growth conditions and the freshness of the brazil nuts.
