Hi all,
I have recently gone T3 only and since I have, I've had really bad acne - red skin on my cheeks with hard lumps. Has anyone experienced this? If so, what have they done about it? Thanks

Thanks Clutter, I'd googled it already, suspect it's due to cortisol issues and thus depleting sex hormones causing the acne - not sure how the fix it x
