hi i have most recent blood resuks and was wondering could i get a few more of your thoughts on them as im getting nowere with docs etc but seem to be feeling and my goitre which is multi nodular is getting bigger thanks in advance

im not on any medication

Berniboo,

TSH and FT4 are unequivocally euthyroid (normal).

Ferritin looks suspiciously low. Do you have the ref range (figures in brackets after results) for ferritin and blood count?

Your thyroid appears to be working fine from a functional perspective. Are you getting any hyper or hypo symptoms? Could the goitre be due to an iodine deficiency?? A list of iodine rich foods is available online and if you aren't eating those, a goitre can result. It used to be called 'Derbyshire neck'. Worst case scenario:- Is there any history of thyroid, or other glandular cancer in your family? If so, I'd ask to have an ultrasound.
