I was feeling really tired and did the bad thing of taking another 5th of levo to my usual dose. I then felt really lightheaded and had a headache and just felt strange ?? a coincidence maybe ??

Never affected me when the dose has been changed could it have been a virus.

Karenring, depends on how sensitive you are to dose increases. Some people struggle with 12.5-25mcg increases and feel it immediately while it can take days/weeks for others to notice any difference.
