Why do I now perspire more and deodorants don't work? Adrenal glands?

I have a thyroid problem which I'm having test for. I already have a neck nodual. Is there a connection?

Is it wetness or odour you're having a problem with? All kinds of hormone changes can make you perspire more. What symptoms prompted your thyroid investigations?

I'm afraid it's odor, considering I rarely needed to use deodorant it's a stark contrast, and a really unpleasant one.

As for my thyroid, my Doctor has been ignoring my symptoms for 3 years saying all my results are negative. Fatigue, hair loss, brittle nails. Then 4 months ago I got a lump in the front of my neck which turned out to be a nodual. Because of this I have asked for more tests. So have been referred to an endocrinologist. So now on a waiting list. When I get the results I intend to go to a functional practitioner because I've lost faith in Dictors. For 3 years I've been told I'm suffering from depression.

Do you have your test results? Might be helpful if you posted them here.

Not sure if or how thyroid hormones would affect odour. For me that changed with age and I always assumed it was related to sex hormones.

Thank you for all your help and comments.

These are the results of tests my doctor is able to do. However she's more concerned about my being anaemic and high cholesterol. The rest I'll have to get from an endocrinologist.
