The results speak for themselves as most are so good.
Vit E still low and very important so keep supplementing.
B's are all in range (just) but I would still supplement a B complex.
(Can't read B12 as print is too small.)
TSH is good
T4 & T3 are both over half way through range.
TPOAB & TGAb are both negative.
I haven't seen these three cortisol results before so interesting and the free is in range.
High free testosterone.
Ate you taking HRT or menopausal?
IgE antibodies are low. I think you are being tested for allergic reactions as these can be raised in people with asthma or nasal//sinus troubles. ? However a low result means your immune system is low.
I have put findings from all three pages here and can not read rest of results as print is too small for my eyes.
Who performed these tests for you ? They are wonderfully comprehensive.

Thank you so much for looking at them all! My private doctor did all the blood tests using a lab in Belgium. I'm only 38 so not menopausal or taking any hrt or anything and never had any sinus problems. Truthfully I feel terrible. I'm really exhausted all the time, I ache and my body is very tender to touch, I have freezing cold feet all the time, get brain fog, my hair is falling out and my nails won't grow and my GP has now said he thinks I have endometriosis. There's lots more but I could go on for ages! I'm finding it harder and harder to do anything at all. My digestion is awful too and I've stacked on weight which even eating a really healthy diet is almost impossible to shift. Sorry for the moan I just can't ever imagine feeling myself again.
Remember symptoms can lag weeks/months behind good biochemistry and besides there is room for an NDT dose increase if you wished.
If you have been ill for over ten years and only medicating for 3 months, then things may take a while to settle. Thyroid lumps are common and it is good you have had them checked.
Thyroid meds won't work well if fundamentals aren't there so if this were me I would be looking at gut issues as long term low thyroid hormones can cause devastating effects on the body.
You may need a stool sample to be able to teat any gut issues such as candida or parasites, etc.
Low stomach acid (often defined as high) will benefit form Betaine HCL. Don't use if you have stomach ulcers though.
Weight will shift more easily once you are optimally medicated and don't diet until this time as it will make things worse.

Thank you so much flower, I suppose you are right that it will take time when it has been going on so long. My doctor was talking about doing a gut profile so maybe that should be my next step.
Your B12 results are interesting and similar to mine.
Your Total B12 is below range but Free (active) B12 is over range ! ! ? ? .
I have mutations on the MTHFR gene (do you know about this ?) so supplement Optimal Liposomal Active B12 (as methylcobalamin) and Folate (as L-5-MTHF).
I googled Transcortin as didn't know what it was and it is a corticosteroid-binding globulin (CBG) - so a protein transporter of adrenal steroid hormones.
Also I have read your cortisol result incorrectly (sorry) as your free (available for use) is actually low. Bear in mind this result would only reflect the amount at the time of blood draw.
If you wanted to take this further, many members complete a saliva stress test that measures the amount at four set times over a 24 hour period. Cortisol follows a circadian rhythm and it is useful to know your pattern in order to apply the correct supplementary support.
Also you are deficient in Vit D but I can see you are supplementing D3 (and K2 will help absorption).
I had been ill a long time too and only improved after adding T3 and addressing all gut issues. Am now on the road to recovery albeit a little slow.- lol.
The cost is £77.00 which is a discounted price for ThyroidUK when code A42AQ is used.…………………………………………………………………………………………………

It's so great to hear that you are feeling better and there is some hope. I will definitely look into everything you've said - I am learning so much all the time! Thanks X
