Does anyone know which supplements are lowering lactic acid? And what are the symptoms of having too much of it? Thank you.

Thank you. I haven't received any notification that anyone replied. This thing seems very complicated. My lactic acid is close to the upper lever of the reference range, so technically still not considered as elevated but since I am on Metformin for insulin resistance, which can cause lactic acidosis I am a bit worried. And those test were taken when I was on Metformin just for 3 days, so I don't think that my levels were at that time caused by it, so it seems that I have this problem without the drug as well. I am just afraid it will go over on the medication. Would be interested to hear did anyone here measured levels of lactic acid and what are their experiences.
